Angels

when we flood ourselves and our world,
they'll come down to save us and the ones we failed to save

in pairs.

blue earth

the world is not fair.
equality is almost impossible.
the truth is irrational

if we are ourselves frightened.
why must we punish the brave,
and discourage the bold.

it is up to the rich to save us.
but like all heroes,
they must save themselves first.

yet we still,
creatures of instinct and flaw,
stand and taunt.

and we pessimists,
foolish and pretentious,
return back down.

Success should not be measured in terms of how it may benefit one self.

Poes

This is Poes. He is a rabbit.
You pronounce his name like 'Toes'. But with a 'P'.

Coincidentally, Poes are also what i call my four line poems.
Because they are poetic, but they aren't exactly poems. At least not to me.

Here's one.

I'll keep you warm,
I'll hold you tight.
I'll care for you,
Throughout the night.

It would probably be more accurate to call it a 'stanza'...

I'm going to miss you,
I'll watch you from above.
I'll hide you from your nightmares,
I'll shield you with my love.

Oh yeah. Also, Poes are specifically written when you're in bed.
When your imagination and creativity are running wild.
When your mind is at peace and thinking only of what is most important to you.

When my fingers intertwine with yours,
And your hands are safe in mine.
You make me feel so sure,
That all will be just fine.

Thought I'd finish with one more.

Hamish. Operating Manager of the Work in Process Egg Division. It's Monday. And he wears his recently purchased red tie, proudly. Look what happens when humans control the economy. Everyone's so greedy. But, it is human nature. And it'll happen again. It always happens again.

Bond valuation is the calculation of price by discounting all future cash flows. As a Harry once said, it's like chicken and eggs. I think we'd be in a better place if roosters controlled our financial markets. After all, who better knows about the chicken and the eggs.

Tonight i went to Macquarie's Global Leadership Program Distinguished Speaker Series night. That's quite long to say and write.
Ann Sherry was the speaker. Ann Sherry is the CEO of Carnival Australia. She taught me boats can save the world.

One day, U.M.I.D. is going to save the world.
